Course Descriptions

Community Terror Awareness & Preparedness Seminar - Joe Ruffini
This dynamic seminar is based upon Joe’s Ruffini’s new book, When Terror Comes to Main Street:  A Citizens’ Guide to Terror Awareness, Preparedness, and Prevention. It is geared for general audiences, represented by everyday citizens, private sector businesses, educators, students, public employees and officials, military personnel, law enforcement, firefighters, and medical first responders.

This presentation infuses a sound, working knowledge of the terror concerns and issues of the day.  Delivered in a continually-reinforced spirit of “vigilance, not paranoia,” Joe packs volumes of “citizen need-to-know” information into this thought-provoking, one-day session. A central theme of the seminar is the role that every American can take in defending our country against terror attacks.  The knowledge gained from this seminar empowers  citizens to be smarter voters, effective participants in city government and school affairs, and proactive civic leaders. Joe’s enthusiastic, animated, “up close and personal” style locks audiences in from the first minute and holds them on the edge of their seats.

His hard-hitting, down-to-Earth delivery, seasoned with real life examples and a steady stream of humor, keeps his audiences engaged, entertained, and challenged.
